  I've been training with Matt personally for more than 4 years now and he is hands down the best around. After trying and failing to find a good trainer at many different top notch facilities, I got lucky with finding MB performance. Matt helped push me to the next level and gave me a shot to play DII football and compete. I highly recommend MB performance to younger kids as well as high school kids looking to get an edge on the competition. Matt is a very knowledgeable guy with sports and athletic training and I without a doubt will go to him for the rest of my college years. 5 stars.
